MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to Decision No. 850/QD-TTg dated September 7, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Construction of Key Laboratories";
Upon consideration of the proposals of the Heads of the Planning Department, the Department of Industrial Science and Technology Management, the Department of Agricultural Science and Technology Management, the Department of Social Sciences and Natural Sciences, and the Director of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the "Provisional Regulation on the Selection and Recognition of Leading Agencies for Key Laboratories".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Planning Department, the Department of Industrial Science and Technology Management, the Department of Agricultural Science and Technology Management, the Department of Social Sciences and Natural Sciences, the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and the Heads of related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
