Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Social Funds and Charitable Funds

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

||| Based on the Civil Code dated October 28, 1995;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECREE:

Article 1. This Decree promulgates the Regulation on the organization and operation of social funds and charitable funds.

Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Minister of Finance, the Minister, and the Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decree.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial people's committees under the central government shall be responsible for enforcing this Decree.
