REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PHUONG NINH SON UNDER THE CITY OF NINH BINH, PROVINCE OF NINH BINH

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH BINH PROVINCE,
DECREE:
Article 1. THE PHUONG NINH SON UNDER THE CITY OF NINH BINH, PROVINCE OF NINH BINH IS ESTABLISHED:
THE PHUONG NINH SON UNDER THE CITY OF NINH BINH IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE 466.43 HA NATURAL AREA AND 8,615 POPULATION OF THE COMMUNE NINH SON.
PHUONG NINH SON HAS A NATURAL AREA OF 466.43 HA AND A POPULATION OF 8,615.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF PHUONG NINH SON: EAST ADJACENT TO COMMUNE NINH PHUC, CITY OF NINH BINH; WEST ADJACENT TO PHUONG NINH PHONG AND PHUONG NAM BINH, CITY OF NINH BINH; SOUTH ADJACENT TO COMMUNE NINH AN, HOA LU DISTRICT; NORTH ADJACENT TO PHUONG BICH DAO, CITY OF NINH BINH.
AFTER THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PHUONG NINH SON:
THE CITY OF NINH BINH HAS A NATURAL AREA OF 4,836.49 HA AND A POPULATION OF 130,517, WITH 14 SUBORDINATE ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS INCLUDING THE PHUONGS: NINH KHANH, DONG THANH, TAN THANH, VAN GIANG, PHUC THANH, NAM THANH, THANH BINH, NAM BINH, BICH DAO, NINH PHONG, NINH SON AND THE COMMUNES: NINH NHAT, NINH TIEN, NINH PHUC.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. PREVIOUS REGULATIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NINH BINH PROVINCE AND THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
