BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Based on Circular No. 1397/XD-TC dated December 5, 1994 of the Vietnam Oil General Corporation regarding the reception and appointment of cadres;
Considering the work requirements;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department and the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation (Bao Viet).
