Decision No. 1777/QD-TTg Issuing the List of Civil Enforcement Agencies in Mountainous Areas, Remote Areas, Border Islands to Directly Appoint Law Graduates as Enforcement Officers Without Examinations

Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of Civil Enforcement Agencies in mountainous areas, remote areas, and islands eligible to directly hire law graduates as Enforcement Officers without competitive examinations for a period of five years from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2014.

Article 2. Annually, if there are changes related to the conditions stipulated in Clause 1, Article 48 of Decree No. 74/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 9, 2009 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Civil Enforcement Act concerning civil enforcement management agencies, civil enforcement agencies, and civil enforcement officers, the Minister of Justice shall report to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision regarding amendments and supplements to the List of Civil Enforcement Agencies in mountainous areas, remote areas, and islands eligible to directly hire law graduates as Enforcement Officers as prescribed in this Decision.

The Minister of Justice shall implement the appointment and dismissal of Enforcement Officers in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 74/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 9, 2009 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Civil Enforcement Act concerning civil enforcement management agencies, civil enforcement agencies, and civil enforcement officers and the List prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from November 20, 2009.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
