Approving the supplementary national key trade promotion program for 2004
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;
Pursuant to Decision No. 104/2003/QD-BTM dated January 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade promulgating the Regulations on the construction and management of national key trade promotion programs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1355/QĐ-BTM dated September 23, 2004 of the Minister of Trade approving the project "National Electronic Commerce Gateway - ECVN";
Pursuant to Circular No. 1587/CP-KTTH dated October 22, 2004 of the Prime Minister on supplementing the National Key Trade Promotion Program 2004;
At the proposal of the Director of the Trade Promotion Department and the Head of the Electronic Commerce Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: Approves the supplementary project "National Electronic Commerce Gateway - ECVN" to be included in the National Key Trade Promotion Program for 2004.
- Implementation period: 2004 - 2006.
- Total budget: 17 billion VND, of which the State will provide 100% of the total budget from the trade promotion support fund and the export promotion fund.
Article 2: The Trade Promotion Department shall be the leading entity of the project; the Electronic Commerce Department shall be the direct implementing entity.
Article 3: The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4: The Director of the Trade Promotion Department and the Head of the Electronic Commerce Department under the Ministry of Trade shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
Article 5: This Decision replaces Decision No. 1675/2004/QĐ-BTM dated November 12, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade./.
