DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF NEWLY ESTABLISHED BANK CODES INTO THE SYSTEM OF BANK, CREDIT ORGANIZATION, AND STATE TREASURY CODES
ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 DATED FEBRUARY 22, 2000 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM.
GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Based on the Law on the State Bank No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997 and the Law on Credit Organizations No. 02/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING AT THE END OF POINT d CLAUSE 3 ARTICLE 5 OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE SYSTEM OF BANK, CREDIT ORGANIZATION, AND STATE TREASURY ACCOUNTS OPENED WITH THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM FOR DIRECT SETTLEMENT TRANSACTIONS ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 59/2000/QĐ-NHNN2 DATED FEBRUARY 22, 2000 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM:

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
