REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF CIRCULAR NO. 27/2008/TT-BTC DATED APRIL 1, 2008 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, THE LAW ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS REGULATING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WAS ENACTED ON NOVEMBER 12, 1996 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS REGULATING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES WAS ENACTED ON DECEMBER 6, 2002;
WHEREAS, DECREE NO. 77/2003/ND-CP DATED JULY 1, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.
CORRECT THE TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN CIRCULAR NO. 27/2008/TT-BTC DATED APRIL 1, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON GUIDELINES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL REGIMES FOR VIETNAMESE AGENCIES ABROAD AS FOLLOWS:
IN PARAGRAPH 1, POINT 2, SECTION V (PAGE 14) OF THE CIRCULAR, CHANGE “MARCH 9, 2003” TO “JANUARY 9, 2003”.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE’S UNITS, AND THE RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
