Article 1
This Decision promulgates the set of design prices for construction projects, replacing the "Set of Design Prices for Basic Construction Projects" issued pursuant to the Decision of the Minister of Construction No. 95 BXD - VKT dated April 11, 1989.
Article 2
This Decision shall take effect nationwide from July 1, 1995.
Article 3
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial people's committees, and centrally governed city people's committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
