Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Decision No. 237/CP/QD/CĐKT dated March 19, 1994 of the Ministry of Finance promulgating the examination regulations and issuance of certificates for national auditors;

Article 1The National Auditor Selection Board is hereby established consisting of the following comrades:
1. Comrade Dang Van Than, Head of the Accounting System Department, Chairman of the Board.
2. Comrade Hoang Cong Thi, Deputy Director of the Institute of Financial Science, Vice-Chairman of the Board.
3. Comrade Phung Thi Doan, Deputy Head of the Accounting System Department, Secretary Member.
4. Ha Ngoc Son, Deputy State Auditor General, Board Member.
5. Nguyen Duc Khang, Head of the Cadres and Personnel Training Department, Board Member.
6. Comrade Tran Van Ta, Head of the Policy Department, Board Member.
7. Comrade Vuong Dinh Hue, Deputy Head of Department, Hanoi University of Finance and Economics, Board Member.
Article 2The National Auditor Selection Board shall operate in accordance with the regulations issued together with Decision No. 237 TC/QD/CĐKT dated March 19, 1994 of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Cadres and Personnel Training Department, the Accounting System Department, and the comrades named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
