relating to continuing the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned farms and forests
PRIME MINISTER
Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the conclusion No. 101-TB/TW dated September 6, 2012 of the Politburo on the supplementary report summarizing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW of the Politburo on continuing the reform of land policy and laws during the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country;modernization of the country;
Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Steering Committee for Summarizing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW of the Politburo on continuing the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned forestry and farm enterprises,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing and adjusting members of the Steering Committee for Summarizing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW of the Politburo on continuing the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned forestry and farm enterprises:
1. Mr. Nguyen Manh Hien, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Member;
2. Inviting one comrade from the Central Party Office to serve as a Member (to be nominated by the Central Party Office).
Article 2. Effective Date
This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Chairman of the Steering Committee for Summarizing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW of the Politburo on continuing the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned forestry and farm enterprises, heads of agencies, and individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./
