REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF THE ENTIRE STATUS OF TRANSPORTATION INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (TRACODI) SUBORDINATE TO VIETNAM ROADS CORPORATION 6 TO BE SUBORDINATE TO THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF LONG AN PROVINCE
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Circular No. 611/TTg-CN dated May 18, 2005 of the Prime Minister on implementing the Southern Paper Mill Project in Long An Province;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2138/QD-UB dated May 26, 2005 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Long An Province on receiving Transportation Investment and Development Company (Tracodi) under Long An Province;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department.
DECIDES:
Article 1. Transfer the entire status (including: headquarters, bank accounts, assets, materials, debts, capital, files, documents, labor force, production and business bases, joint ventures...) of Transportation Investment and Development Company (Tracodi) subordinate to Vietnam Roads Corporation 6 to be subordinate to the People's Committee of Long An Province.
Article 2. Entrust Vietnam Roads Corporation 6 to coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the transfer of Transportation Investment and Development Company (Tracodi) in accordance with the provisions of the law and report back to the Ministry of Transport.
During the handover process, it shall not affect the production and business activities of the unit.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments, Chairmen of the Management Council and General Directors of Vietnam Roads Corporation 6, Directors of Transportation Investment and Development Company (Tracodi), Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this decision.
