Pursuant to Decision No. 492/NN/TCCB-QĐ dated December 22, 1989 of the Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) on the establishment of the Coffee Research and Testing Center
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department

Clause 4 of Article 6Add the following task: "Disinfection services at warehouses, Containers, and land transportation means for imported and exported coffee" to the Coffee Research and Testing Center.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentEntrust the Director of the Plant Protection Department with guiding and supervising professional activities, issuing (or revoking) disinfection permits for the Coffee Research and Testing Center.
The Director of the Coffee Research and Testing Center shall be responsible for investing in facilities, professional activities, registering, and operating the aforementioned disinfection tasks in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Heads of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry, and the General Director of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
