THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (report No. 30/TT-HĐQT dated September 16, 2000);
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Import-Export and Technical Material Service Center under the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation.
The Import-Export and Technical Material Service Center is a dependent accounting unit of the Corporation, having partial legal personality, maintaining a bank account, and using a seal for transactions.
International Trade Name: EXPORT IMPORT CENTER AND TECHNICAL MATERIAL SERVICE, abbreviated as: EICTMS;
The Center's headquarters is located at No. 05 Lang Ha Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City;
Registered Capital: One billion Vietnamese dong.
Article 2. Business activities of the Center:
- Import and export of materials and technological equipment;
- Purchase and sale of spare parts, equipment, metal products, chemicals, technical materials, construction materials.
Article 3. The Import-Export and Technical Material Service Center is responsible for fully completing business registration procedures and operating in accordance with the Charter of the Center approved by the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation and other relevant laws.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation, and the Director of the Import-Export and Technical Material Service Center are responsible for implementing this Decision.
