Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam promulgated in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly of the Xth Convocation;
BASED ON Article 19 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Legislative Acts;
NOW PROMULGATES:
The Resolution stipulates certain points regarding the implementation of the Ordinance on Judges and Associate Judges of the People's Courts and the Ordinance on Prosecutors of the People's Prosecutoriates.
Passed by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Eleventh Convocation, on October 4, 2002./.
