Regarding the temporary issuance of toll rates for using Phả Lại Bridge on National Highway 18

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Based on the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 304/BGTVT-TCKT);
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6This Decision attaches the Temporary Toll Rate Table for using Phả Lại Bridge on National Highway 18. The subjects applying the Phả Lại Bridge toll rate issued with this Decision shall comply with current regulations.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe agency responsible for collecting tolls for the Phả Lại Bridge shall collect, remit, and manage the collected toll fees according to the regulations applicable to bridges funded by State budget.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from March 1, 2002.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of tolls, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the Phả Lại Bridge, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
