REGARDING THE TEMPORARY ADOPTION OF THE CHARGES FOR USING PHẢ LAI BRIDGE ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY 18
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Based on the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and guiding documents;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 304/BGTVT-TCKT);
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION IS THE PROVISIONAL CHART OF CHARGES FOR USING PHẢ LAI BRIDGE ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY 18.
The application of the charges for using PHẢ LAI BRIDGE set forth in this Decision shall be implemented in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The agency responsible for collecting the charges for using PHẢ LAI BRIDGE shall collect, remit, and manage the collected fees in accordance with the regulations applicable to bridges funded by the State budget.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from March 1, 2002.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of the fee, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of the PHẢ LAI BRIDGE fee, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
