Decision No. 18/2004/QĐ-BNV on permitting the establishment of the Vietnam-Germany Association of Small and Medium Enterprises

DECISION

ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VIETNAM-GERMAN ASSOCIATION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES.

MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam-German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, the proposals of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To permit the establishment of the Vietnam-German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.

Article 2. The Vietnam-German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in its activities.

The Vietnam-German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises shall finance its own operations and means of operation.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam-German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Secretary-General of the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
