REGARDING THE LIST OF TOP SECRET STATE SECRETS IN THE FIELD OF GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT BY THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Public Security,

Article 1. The list of Top Secret State Secrets in the field of government management by the Ministry of Justice includes:
1. Information and materials establishing scientific grounds prepared by the Ministry of Justice for formulating important Party and State policies and laws that have not yet been published.
2. Draft laws, ordinances, and other documents drafted by the Ministry of Justice in charge of matters related to national security and defense that have not yet been published.
3. Opinions and directives from Party and State leaders regarding the work of the Ministry of Justice related to national security and defense that have not yet been published.
Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 850/TTg dated December 27, 1995 of the Government Chairman on the list of State Secrets in the Justice sector and shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister of Justice and the Minister of Public Security are responsible for supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairmen of provincial people's committees under the central city administrations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
