Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 203/2004/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 14, 2004 ON THE MINIMUM WAGE LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 204/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on the Salary System for Civil Servants, Public Officials, and Military Personnel;
Pursuant to Decree No. 205/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government stipulating the wage scale and wage system and the allowance regime in state-owned enterprises;
AFTER RECEIVING THE OPINION OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS ON THE SUBSIDY SYSTEM FOR OCCUPATIONS OR JOBS IN THE FIELD OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT AS STATED IN THE DOCUMENT NO. 2957/BNV-TL OF OCTOBER 5, 2005; AND THE AGREEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON THE ISSUE OF THE CODE OF UNIT PRICES FOR ESTIMATES OF GEOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AS STATED IN THE DOCUMENTS NO. 12788/BTC-HCSN OF OCTOBER 10, 2005 AND NO. 16307/BTC-HCSN OF DECEMBER 15, 2005;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEOLOGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION THE CODE OF UNIT PRICES FOR ESTIMATES OF GEOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (EXCLUDING DEPRECIATION OF FIXED ASSETS).
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEOLOGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES AGENCY, THE HEADS OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S SUBORDINATE UNITS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
