THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
WHEREAS, the Education Law on June 14, 2005;
WHEREAS, the Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
WHEREAS, the Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Rector of the College of Industrial Electrical Installation at the Report No. 60/TTr-CNXLĐ dated May 5, 2006;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE COLLEGE OF INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Department Heads, Bureau Chiefs, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Rector of the College of Industrial Electrical Installation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
