WHEREAS, Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE ASSESSMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE COUNCIL;

Article 1. ISSUES REGULATIONS ON SELECTION EXAMINATIONS FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS TO JOIN NATIONAL TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL OLYMPIADS IN CULTURAL SUBJECTS.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
