Article 1. The "Regulation on the Organization and Management of Activities of the National Key Science and Technology Program for the Period 2006-2010" is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Department of Planning-Finance, the Department of Science and Technology of Economic-Technical Sectors, the Department of Social Sciences and Natural Sciences, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and the Heads of related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
