BASED ON THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS 1997 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS 2004;

Article 1. AMEND POINT 3 OF ANNEX 3 TO THE REGULATIONS ON THE BANK CODE SYSTEM USED IN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE STATE BANK ISSUED PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN DATED JANUARY 18, 2006 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK AS FOLLOWS:

CHANGE THE NAME OF VIET TÂN COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK TO PACIFIC COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK AND MAINTAIN THE ORDERLY NUMBER SIGNATURE OF THE BANK AS FOLLOWS:

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PAYMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CREDIT DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE BANK, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK, THE DIRECTORS OF THE STATE BANK BRANCHES, THE CHAIRMEN OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARDS, AND THE GENERAL MANAGERS (DIRECTORS) OF SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
