DECISION
Regarding the printing, issuance, use, and management of electronic airline tickets

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Electronic Transactions dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Accounting Law dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 89/2002/ND-CP dated November 7, 2002 of the Government on the printing, issuance, use, and management of invoices;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the Regulation on the printing, issuance, use, and management of electronic airline tickets attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Director General of the State Tax Service, the Director General of the State Treasury, the Directors of Provincial and Municipal Departments of Finance, the Heads of Provincial and Municipal Tax Services under the central government, and organizations and individuals involved in the printing, issuance, management, and use of electronic airline tickets are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
