Decision No. 18/2007/QĐ-BXD promulgates Construction Technical Code VNCPC 365:2007 "General Hospital - Design Guidelines"

DECISION

ON THE ADOPTION OF TCXDVN 365:2007 "MULTI-PURPOSE HOSPITAL – DESIGN GUIDELINES"

MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To adopt with this Decision one Vietnamese Construction Standard: TCXDVN 365:2007 "Multi-purpose Hospital – Design Guidelines".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Director of the Science and Technology Department, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
