MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level;

Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level in the profession "Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing";

At the request of the General Director of the Vocational Training General Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level for the profession: "Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing".

Based on the above framework programs, the Rectors of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational colleges, intermediate specialized colleges, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training General Department, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational colleges, intermediate specialized colleges, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels for the professionMechanical Equipment Manufacturingand related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
