THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government on the issuance of National Construction Treasury Bonds in 2003-Education Treasury Bonds;
Pursuant to Circular No. 331/TCTK-TMDV dated April 25, 2008 of the General Statistics Office;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Treasury,
DECISION:
Article 1. As of May 5, 2008, the State Treasury System shall implement payments for Education Treasury Bonds issued in 2003 at an interest rate of 68%/5 years in all 64 provinces and centrally governed cities.
Article 2. The Director-General of the State Treasury, heads of units under and directly under the Ministry of Finance, Directors of Provincial and Centrally Governed City State Treasuries are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
