Regarding the issuance of "Regulations on Amateur Radio Activities"
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Based on the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Based on Decree No. 24/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding radio frequency spectrum;
At the proposal of the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The "Regulations on Amateur Radio Activities" are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 99/1998/QĐ-CSBĐ dated February 14, 1998 of the Director General of the Posts and Telecommunications Administration promulgating the "Amateur Radio Regulations."
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Radio Frequency Spectrum Management Department, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
