CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE LIST OF PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 28, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2009.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE AND REPLACE THE DECISION NO. 41/2008/QĐ-BNN OF MARCH 5, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF PERMITTED, RESTRICTED, AND PROHIBITED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2008.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
