CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate and Higher Vocational Levels for the following trades:

Rural Electromechanics; Electronic Engineering; Industrial Electronics; Information Technology (Software Application); Computer Repair and Assembly Techniques; Graphic Design; E-commerce; Construction Techniques;

Water Supply and Drainage; Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government Chairman stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby issues this Circular to provide for the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate and higher vocational levels for the trades: Rural Electromechanics; Electronic Engineering; Industrial Electronics; Information Technology (Software Application); Computer Repair and Assembly Techniques; Graphic Design; E-commerce; Construction Techniques; Water Supply and Drainage; Wood Product Processing and Design for training purposes, to be applied to intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher specialized schools, and universities registered for vocational training activities. This Circular takes effect from September 22, 2012.

at the Intermediate Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 2a;

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher specialized schools, universities registered for vocational training activities, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level for the following trades: Rural electromechanics; Electronic engineering; Industrial electronics; Information technology (Software application); Computer repair and assembly techniques; Graphic design; E-commerce; Construction techniques; Water supply and drainage; Wood product processing and design.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the list of equipment for vocational training at intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level for the trades: Rural electromechanics; Electronic engineering; Industrial electronics; Information technology (Software application); Computer repair and assembly techniques; Graphic design; E-commerce; Construction techniques; Water supply and drainage; Wood product processing and design for training purposes, to be applied to intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher specialized schools, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training activities.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 22, 2012.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher specialized schools, universities that have registered to conduct vocational training activities, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution.
