AMENDING THE DEADLINE FOR DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION AS PROVIDED IN CIRCULAR NO. 35/2011/TT-NHNN DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2011
OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE DISCLOSURE AND PROVISION OF INFORMATION BY THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 46/2010/QH12 dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12 dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
WHEREAS, DECISION NO. 77/2007/QĐ-TTg DATED MAY 28, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER ISSUING THE REGULATIONS ON PUBLIC SPEAKING AND INFORMATION SUPPLY TO THE PRESS;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office;
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR AMENDING THE DEADLINE FOR DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION AS PROVIDED IN CIRCULAR NO. 35/2011/TT-NHNN DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2011 OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE DISCLOSURE AND PROVISION OF INFORMATION BY THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM,
Article 1. AMENDING THE DEADLINES FOR DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION AS PROVIDED AT POINTS 10 AND 11 OF SECTION IV, ANNEX ATTACHED TO CIRCULAR NO. 35/2011/TT-NHNN DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2011 OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ACCORDING TO THE ANNEX ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 31, 2012.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE MONETARY STATISTICS FORECAST DEPARTMENT AND HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
