Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency and the Department of Science and Technology, the Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on materials and welding of pressure equipment in transportation.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations on materials and welding of pressure equipment in transportation.
Registration code: QCVN 71: 2014/BGTVT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 8, 2014.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
