 Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate the Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training and Higher Vocational Training for the following trades: Electrical Equipment Installation; Cold Forming Manufacturing; Cold Repair of Machine Tools; Mechanical Equipment Maintenance; Forging and Stamping; Computer-Aided Drawing and Design; Quality Testing of Highway Bridges; Operation of Foundation Construction Machinery; Operation of Road Surface Construction Machinery; Fashion Design; Business Management of Petroleum Products and Gas.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training and Higher Vocational Training as prescribed in this Circular, including:

1. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Electrical Equipment Installation at the Higher Vocational level (Annex 1a).

2. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Electrical Equipment Installation at the Intermediate Vocational level (Annex 1b).

7. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Mechanical Equipment Maintenance at the Higher Vocational level (Annex 4a).

8. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Mechanical Equipment Maintenance at the Intermediate Vocational level (Annex 4b).

11. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Computer-Aided Drawing and Design at the Higher Vocational level (Annex 6a).

12. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Computer-Aided Drawing and Design at the Intermediate Vocational level (Annex 6b).

13. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Quality Testing of Highway Bridges at the Higher Vocational level (Annex 7a).

14. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Quality Testing of Highway Bridges at the Intermediate Vocational level (Annex 7b).

19. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Fashion Design at the Higher Vocational level (Annex 10a).

20. The Minimum Equipment List for Intermediate Vocational Training in the trade of Fashion Design at the Intermediate Vocational level (Annex 10b).

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 25, 2014.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political and social organizations, provincial People's Committees, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher education institutions, universities that have registered to conduct the above-mentioned vocational training programs, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
