ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE IN VIETNAM"

Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON THE ANIMAL BREEDS ORDINANCE NO. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 DATED MARCH 24, 2004 OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
Pursuant to Decree No. 123/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 17, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Decrees stipulating conditions for investment and business in the agricultural sector;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE IN VIETNAM".
ARTICLE 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE IN VIETNAM, INCLUDING:
1. CHICKEN BREED: VCN-Z15 CHICKEN;
2. DUCK BREED: 15-DAI-XUYEN SEA DUCK; TSN15-DAI-XUYEN DUCK;
3. SWINE BREED: VCN-MS15 SWINE.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 8, 2014.

THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE ANIMAL FEEDING MANAGEMENT COUNCIL, DIRECTORS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH COUNCIL, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL CITY, HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION.
