Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate the Minimum Equipment List for Vocational Training at Intermediate and Higher Vocational Levels for the following trades: Stone Carving; Underground Mine Extraction Technology; Underground Mine Electrical and Mechanical Technology; Railway Locomotive Driving; Railway Signaling; Railway Traffic Control; Metal Forming; Iron Smelting; Steelmaking; Metal Rolling and Drawing Technology; Ship Painting Technology.

1. The trade "Stone Carving" at the Intermediate Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 1a;

2. The trade "Stone Carving" at the Higher Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 1b;

3. The trade "Underground Mine Extraction Technology" at the Intermediate Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 2a;

4. The trade "Underground Mine Extraction Technology" at the Higher Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 2b;

5. The trade "Underground Mine Electrical and Mechanical Technology" at the Intermediate Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 3a;

6. The trade "Underground Mine Electrical and Mechanical Technology" at the Higher Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 3b;

7. The trade "Railway Locomotive Driving" at the Intermediate Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 4a;

8. The trade "Railway Locomotive Driving" at the Higher Vocational Level as specified in Appendix 4b;

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2015.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher education institutions, universities that have registered to conduct vocational training for the trades listed in Article 1 and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
