Circular No. 18/2017/TT-BCT Repeals Certain Articles of Joint Circular No. 58/2015/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN dated December 31, 2015 by the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Science and Technology on the management of quality of domestically produced steel and imported steel.

Repealing certain provisions of Circular Joint Circular No. 58/2015/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN
dated December 31, 2015 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Science and Technology on management of quality of domestically produced steel and imported steel
On the basis of Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality;

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to repeal certain provisions of Joint Circular No. 58/2015/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN dated December 31, 2015 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Science and Technology on management of quality of domestically produced steel and imported steel.

Article 1.

Repealing certain provisions of Joint Circular No. 58/2015/TTLT-BCT-BKHCN dated December 31, 2015 issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Science and Technology on management of quality of domestically produced steel and imported steel as follows:

Repeal Point c Clause 2 Article 1; Clause 2 Article 2; Articles 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20; Clause 2 Article 21 and Article 22. Repeal Section 2 of Appendix III, Appendices IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X. Article 2. Effective date

1. This Circular takes effect from January 8, 2017.

2. During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for guidance on amendments and supplements./.
