Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying Depth Measurement

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to issue Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying Depth Measurement.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying Depth Measurement attached hereto.

Article 2.

1. This Circular takes effect from July 30, 2017, replacing Circular No. 62/2013/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2013 on the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards for Surveying to Ensure Maritime Safety and Circular No. 23/2015/TT-BGTVT dated June 15, 2015 promulgating Economic and Technical Standards for RTK Method Underwater Depth Measurement.

2. In case the legal normative documents serving as basis or referred to in the standards issued by this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, such amendments, supplements, or replacements shall be applied accordingly.

Article 4. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, and Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
