THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam,
RESOLVES:
To approve the consular agreement signed on January 14, 1963 between the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
