Issuing the fee collection rate for motorcycles crossing My Thuan Bridge-National Highway 1A

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
Following the proposal of the Ministry of Transport (document number 3167/BGTVT-TCKT dated September 21, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: The driver of motorcycles crossing My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A must pay the fee as stipulated in this decision, except for those exempted from bridge and road fees as provided in Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the amendment and supplementation of Point 1.d Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance.
- Regular ticket: 1,000 VND/ticket/time.
- Monthly ticket: 15,000 VND/ticket/month.
Article 2: The fee collection agency for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A shall implement the collection, payment, and management of collected fees in accordance with Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to fee payment, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
