Article 1. The Chairman of the Board of Management of State-owned Corporations with 100% state capital shall decide on the appointment, dismissal, commendation, and disciplinary action of Deputy General Directors and Chief Accountants of the Corporation; approve the appointment, dismissal, commendation, and disciplinary action of Directors of member units to be decided by the General Director.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Chairmen of the Boards of Management of State-owned Corporations with 100% state capital are responsible for implementing this Decision.
