DECISION
On the establishment of the Computing Center under the Sports Committee
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Sports Committee;
Pursuant to Decision No. 112/2001/NĐ-CP dated July 25, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on Administrative Management Informationization for the period 2001-2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister, Chairman of the Sports Committee and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Computing Center shall be established as a public service organization under the Sports Committee.
Article 2. The Minister, Chairman of the Sports Committee shall specify the specific functions, tasks, and powers of the Computing Center.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Minister, Chairman of the Sports Committee, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
