Article 1. Approves the 2008 LMLM Vaccine Injection Plan (with detailed plan attached).
Article 2. Based on this plan:
- The Director of the Department of Animal Health shall direct the preparation of sufficient quantities and types of vaccines; organize meetings to implement and guide localities in preparing vaccination plans and post-vaccination monitoring.
- The Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Avian Influenza and LMLM Prevention and Control, and the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development at provincial level shall develop provincial vaccination plans, organize meetings to implement and train technical injection methods, and carry out vaccinations according to the plan.
Article 3.
