BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to the proposals of the General Directors of the State Revenue Administration, the State Treasury, the Budget Department, the Cadres and Training Department,

Article 1: To select six officials (names attached) to attend the Advanced and Intermediate Management Training Course from March 15 to May 24, 1995 at the National Academy of Administration (Lang Trung - Dong Da - Hanoi).
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
