THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, duties, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department and the Director of the International Cooperation Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amends and supplements Point b Clause 13 Article 19 Section 7 of the Regulations on Functions, Duties, and Authorities of the Office, Inspectorate, and Functional Departments under the Ministry of Industry issued together with Decision No. 1352/QD-BCT dated May 23, 2006 of the Minister of Industry as follows:
"b) Serving as the permanent sub-committee of Vietnam in Joint Committees at the governmental level appointed by the leadership of the Ministry;"
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Inspectorate, the Heads of Departments, the Heads of Bureaus, and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
