THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
- Based on Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
- Based on Decision No. 2010/BYT-QD dated October 28, 1996 of the Minister of Health promulgating the Vaccine Registration Regulations and Immunological Products;
- Considering the recommendations of the Vaccine and Immunological Product Registration Review Board at meetings held on September 23, 1998 and May 28, 1999;
- At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine Department - Ministry of Health;

Article 1. Announce 13 foreign vaccines and immunological products permitted for circulation in Vietnam (Batch 6 - with attached list).
Article 2. Units possessing foreign vaccines and immunological products permitted for circulation in Vietnam must print the registration number issued on the label and comply strictly with all relevant Vietnamese laws governing the production and circulation of vaccines and immunological products.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health, Directors of the Preventive Medicine Department, Heads of related Departments, Heads of units under the Ministry, Provincial Health Service Directors of centrally governed cities and provinces, and Heads of units possessing foreign vaccines and immunological products permitted for circulation in Vietnam as stipulated in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
