Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at Circular No. 3516/BNN-KH dated November 26, 2008, and the opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment at Document No. 8886/BKH-TM&DV dated December 5, 2008,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall release (without charge) 935,000 doses of LMLM type O vaccine; 200,000 doses of LMLM three types vaccine; 471,000 doses of cattle and buffalo hemorrhagic septicemia vaccine; 628,000 doses of swine dysentery vaccine; 161,000 liters of Benkocid antiseptic from the national reserve to support localities in preventing and controlling diseases as proposed by the Ministry in Circular No. 3516/BNN-KH dated November 26, 2008
The specific level of support for each locality shall be determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in accordance with the disease situation in that locality.
The release, management, and use of the aforementioned vaccines and antiseptics shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, and Planning and Investment are responsible for implementing this decision.
