Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at Circular No. 3516/BNN-KH dated November 26, 2008, and the opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment at Document No. 8886/BKH-TM&DV dated December 5, 2008,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall release (without charge) 935,000 doses of LMLM type O vaccine; 200,000 doses of LMLM three types vaccine; 471,000 doses of cattle and buffalo hemorrhagic septicemia vaccine; 628,000 doses of swine dysentery vaccine; 161,000 liters of Benkocid antiseptic from the national reserve to support localities in preventing and controlling diseases as proposed by the Ministry in Circular No. 3516/BNN-KH dated November 26, 2008

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
