THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 180/2004/ND-CP dated October 28, 2004 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, and dissolution of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coffee Corporation at Report No. 439/TCT-TCCB/TT dated June 2, 2008 and the Head of the Enterprise Reform and Management Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. Renames Agricultural Farm 716, a member unit of Vietnam Coffee Corporation, to Coffee Company 716, with the following main contents:
- Full name in Vietnamese: Coffee Company 716.
- Trading name in English: 716 COFFEE COMPANY.
- Abbreviation: Vinacafe 716.
- Address: Eaô Commune, Ea Kar District, Dak Lak Province.
- Telephone: 0500.621003, Fax: 0500.621079
Article 2. Vietnam Coffee Corporation shall directly be responsible for guiding Agricultural Farm 716 to fully comply with the legal regulations regarding the renaming of state-owned enterprises.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Director of the Office, the Head of the Enterprise Reform and Management Board, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Board of Directors, General Director of Vietnam Coffee Corporation, and the Director of Agricultural Farm 716 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
