Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of Decision No. 360/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Central Steering Committee for Housing Policy and Decision No. 1499/QD-TTg dated October 14, 2008 of the Prime Minister on renaming and supplementing the functions, tasks, and powers of the Central Steering Committee for Housing Policy;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Housing Policy and Real Estate Market,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoints Mr. Trinh Dinh Dung - Minister of Construction to hold the position of Deputy Chairman in charge of the Central Steering Committee for Housing Policy and Real Estate Market replacing Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Housing Policy and Real Estate Market, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government, and Mr. Trinh Dinh Dung are responsible for implementing this Decision.
